Reporting Harassment or Discrimination
Temple Ner Tamid takes seriously any instances of unwanted sexual contact, sexual harassment, abuse of any kind, and/or discrimination. Protection from these acts extends to employees, congregants, and all who walk through our doors and/or attend our events. We expect proper conduct not only from our clergy, professional staff, and teachers but also from our congregants and their guests.
In the event you feel you have been victimized, or suspect someone has been victimized, please immediately report the misconduct to our Executive Director, Michelle W. Malkin. You may also reach out to our Clergy or volunteer leadership.
You are not required to directly confront the person who is the source of the report, question or complaint before notifying any of the individuals listed. Temple Ner Tamid/Shoresh Preschool will take every reasonable measure to ensure that those named in a complaint of misconduct, or are too closely associated with those involved in the complaint will not be part of the investigative team.
