Financial Commitments:

The 2024-2025 fiscal year starts June 1, 2024 and ends on May 31, 2025. Members joining between June 1st and January 1st are responsible for a full year’s dues. Members joining after January 1st pay one-half of the fiscal year’s dues.

2024-2025 Dues Categories:

♦ Family Membership (2 adults regardless of religious affiliation with or without children) $3,400
♦ Single Membership (1 adult with or without children) $1,900
♦ Senior Fixed Income Membership (2 adults 65 or over who are on a fixed income) $1,450
♦ Senior Fixed Income Single Membership (1 adult 65 or over who is on a fixed income) $825
♦ Shoresh Family (for those currently enrolled in Shoresh Preschool, building fund and security fee contributions are required) FREE

*First-time members with children enrolled in religious school receive a 50% reduction in dues for their first year of membership. This discount will be applied once you register your child in religious school.

BUILDING FUND
All new members pay $3,000 towards Temple Ner Tamid’s building fund. This may be paid over six (6) years at a minimum of $500 per year. If you can provide records of comparable contributions to another synagogue’s building fund (such as a letter to us from that synagogue), all or part of this responsibility can be waived.

SECURITY FEE
All members are required to pay an annual security fee of $250.
