Tickets cannot be issued to members who are not in good standing with regard to their financial obligations to the Temple. All Temple and Religious School dues for the past year should be paid in full, and 33% of this year's obligations are due by September 1. Questions or concerns about this matter should be referred to Eric Fox, VP of Finance at financevp@nertamid.org.

Continue below to submit names for the Book of Remembrance, contribute to the High Holy Day Appeal, make special accessibility requests, register your children for child care, register for our Community Rosh Hashanah 2nd Day Luncheon, purchase guest tickets, and sign up to volunteer.

Questions concerning arrangements for the High Holy Days can be emailed to hello@nertamid.org.

High Holy Day Appeal

Temple Ner Tamid is about building lasting relationships to create a strong Jewish community.

As you may know, our synagogue dues do not fund all of the work we do and the expenses we incur. We ask that you give generously to the High Holy Day Appeal. The extraordinary efforts of our clergy, staff, teachers, and congregants to sustain Temple Ner Tamid as our Jewish home through very generous donations of time, talent and monetary gifts have been amazing. We all know more than ever the importance of having a vital and vibrant Reform Jewish institution in our community.

May the New Year be one of continued good health and personal fulfillment for you and your loved ones.

Best,

David Katowitz
VP for Planning and Development

Child Care

This year, child care and/or children's programming will be offered during all High Holy Day services. For children ages 1 to 4, babysitting will be offered. For children ages 5 to 7, a High Holy Day activity program has been specially designed. This year, once again, child care will be provided free of charge. However, you must register your child in advance. Children will not be admitted without prior registration.

We regret that we cannot accommodate infants under one year of age or older special needs children. If you wish to provide a full-time shadow for an older special needs child, contact Laurie Schifano, TNT's Operations Manager, at lschifano@nertamid.org. Parents of very young children need to provide diapers, wipes, bottles and nut free snacks. If your child is not used to being left with a babysitter, you should expect to stay at least long enough to make the transition.

Special Requests

This year, our B'yachad Family Service will be held in a tent in the Temple's parking lot (adjacent to the golf course). This will greatly reduce the number of available handicapped parking spots. Anyone unable to walk up the front steps to our Broad Street entrance are encouraged to have someone drop you off at our back entrance off the parking lot. Parking permits will still be distributed, but parking spots will be on a first-come first served basis.
