Temple Ner Tamid has a comprehensive youth program aimed at bringing Jewish youth together for memorable experiences. The Junior (grades 6-8) and Senior (grades 9-12) Youth Group calendars are full and include monthly lounge nights, sporting events, weekend retreats and much more. Integrating themselves within Temple life and the community at large, the youth groups are a vital part of Temple Ner Tamid. Please come down to see our new Youth Lounge and check us out.

Senior Youth Group      SNoTTY

One of the strengths of Temple Ner Tamid has always been its youth programming. The Senior Youth Group (known to insiders as SNoTTY: Senior Ner Tamid Temple Youth) is affiliated with the Garden Empire Region of the North American Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY GER). Open to both affiliated and unaffiliated students of senior high school age (grades 9-12), our Senior Youth Group offers fun and challenging programs twice monthly, usually on a Sunday evening. Youth Groupers are also eligible to attend regional conclaves of NFTY GER. In addition to sponsoring the annual Purim Carnival and Chocolate Seder, the Youth Group offers a variety of social, cultural, educational, religious and social action programs for area youth.

Junior Youth Group

Temple Ner Tamid's Junior Youth Group has been a growing spirited entity. Comprised of middle school-aged youth, the 6th to 8th graders gather monthly for their own scheduled programming focusing primarily on socializing and engaging in social action (tikkun olam) activities as part of the Temple Ner Tamid community.
